We do not provide services directly, nor do we employ contractors, technicians, or service professionals. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating connections between you and independent service providers.

3. No Service Guarantee

ScoutBuddy does not guarantee the quality, availability, timeliness, or outcomes of any services provided by the independent third party providers. All services are provided by independent third parties at their own discretion. We make no warranties or representations about the providers, their qualifications, or their work.

4. Independent Contractors

All service providers in our network are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ScoutBuddy. These independent third party providers are solely responsible for their own work, conduct, compliance with applicable laws, licensing, and insurance. ScoutBuddy does not control, direct, or supervise the work performed by these independent contractors.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScoutBuddy shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the services provided by independent contractors. We are not liable for any disputes between users and providers, nor for the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of the work performed. In no event shall ScoutBuddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Users assume all risk associated with hiring and working with independent service providers.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions when hiring a service provider. You should conduct your own research and due diligence, including verifying provider credentials, licenses, and insurance before agreeing to any work. You are entirely responsible for any agreements made and for the payment of services directly to the independent providers.

7. Call Routing and Communication

When you contact us, your calls may be routed directly to independent third party providers. ScoutBuddy may share your contact information and service request details with these providers to facilitate your request. By using our service, you explicitly consent to this routing and sharing of information. ScoutBuddy is not responsible for how these independent providers use, store, or handle your information once it has been shared.

8. Modifications to Service

ScoutBuddy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
